Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n %70\u2019i ba\u011f\u0131rsak astar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda (GALT) olu\u015fur. Bu sebeple sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenme bi\u00e7imi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k elemanlar\u0131 \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetlidir. Benim \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fim bir s\u00f6z vard\u0131r \u201csilah\u0131 dolduran genetikse, teti\u011fi \u00e7eken \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerdir. \u201d\u00c7evresel fakt\u00f6rler ise; ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yer, soludu\u011fumuz hava, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz sosyal \u00e7evre, duygusal durumumuz, stres, maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toksinler, i\u00e7ti\u011fimiz su vb. olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.\n\nSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar i\u00e7in; \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli beslenmek yani her \u00e7e\u015fit sebze ve meyveyi t\u00fcketmek, renkli beslenmek, \u00e7ok\u00e7a lif almak, probiyotik besinler t\u00fcketmek (kvass, boza, tur\u015fu, sirke, fermente tur\u015fu, \u015falgam, yo\u011furt, peynir vb), yeterli protein kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 almak (yumurta, et, bal\u0131k, hindi vb) ve de, en iyi glutamine kayna\u011f\u0131 olan et, bal\u0131k ve kemik sular\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketmek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir.\n\nYedi\u011fimiz besinin i\u00e7eri\u011fi; yeti\u015fti\u011fi toprak, bulundu\u011fu ortam\u0131n hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, kullan\u0131lan g\u00fcbreler, b\u00f6cek ilac\u0131 ve tohumu ile ilgilidir. Bolca sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketmek ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z lif miktar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak bizi kab\u0131zl\u0131ktan koruyarak lifin toksinleri kendi b\u00fcnyesine katarak v\u00fccudumuzdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131rsak astar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczeyini koruyan mukozal yap\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bulunan bakteriler taraf\u0131ndan vitamin sentezinde kullan\u0131l\u0131rlar.\n\nKuru baklagiller ve tah\u0131llar\u0131 al\u0131rken geneti\u011fi ile oynanmam\u0131\u015f atal\u0131k tohum olmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse, flor\u00fcr oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sular kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Flor\u00fcr ve klor iyot mineralini ba\u011flar. \u0130yot al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk akla gelen iyotlu tuz olsa da, bal\u0131k, deniz \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, deniz b\u00f6r\u00fclcesi, deniz fas\u00fclyesi gibi besinler de iyot bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a zengindir. \u0130yot \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n zeka geli\u015fiminde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutar. Zeka geli\u015fiminde EPA ve DHA (omega 3 ya\u011f asitleri) unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n en iyi kaynaklar\u0131 bal\u0131k ve deniz canl\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r.
